Mary Cleaver, Founder and President of The Cleaver Co., joined co-hosts Amanda Dell and Kimberly Chou of Recommended Reading with Food Book Fair on Heritage Radio Network this week to talk about NYC’s upcoming first annual Food Waste Fair. The Fair, which will be held on July 25th at the Brooklyn Expo Center, will showcase a “soup to nuts” approach to food waste prevention, recovery and recycling.
